Very disappointed at the cleanliness in Joan Booker ward 4. Midwife opened windows as it was very hot and the cobwebs on the inside were actually a lot more than the outside and for some that is fearful of spiders did not make my recovery speedier.

The staff were the best, look after me and felt safe. The ladies in charge could not have done any more for me. I think a pay rise is needed. The ward was so clean and well looked after. The food was very good. I can say I have enjoyed my stay and the nursing was above anything I could have had anywhere in the world. A big thank you to all staff and thank you.
